How Credits Work

Credits are deducted when you access new information. Viewing cached data or navigating between pages you've already loaded doesn't consume additional credits.

Your balance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over. Overage is available if you exceed your plan.

Use qualifying questions on all inbound to screen deals cheaply, then run full enrichment only on what passes. This is the most efficient way to use your credits.
Monitoring Usage
Track your monthly credit consumption in real-time and monitor API rate limits and quotas from your billing dashboard.
Credit Reset Cycle
Credits reset monthly based on your subscription start date, not calendar months. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your credits reset on the 15th of each month. Check your billing dashboard for your exact reset date.
Exceeding Limits
When credit limits are exceeded, API requests return a 403 error response. Credits automatically reset at your next billing cycle. Monitor your usage to avoid service interruption.
